Embed stopped to work

I thank you for the fast reply. As you can see, now it is working, after more than 24 hours of failures. I have done nothing on the code. I have tried several times to clean up the cookies (the error was "too many redirects"), used different connections from different sites, devices and browsers.
I have not the root cause
