Still strange reports on aerodromes, like "MVMC", "LIFR" and so on, that are not compliant with ICAO or local rules ("110720Z 22009KT 6000 -RA FEW003 SCT010 BKN020 10/10 Q0993 NOSIG" shown as "MVFR", it's simply VFR)
