Maximum precipitation in alerts

Please allow us to set an alert for a day without any rain.
Previous unresponded thread: Allow a maximum amount of precipation for alerts

Hi @petrkrejcik, thanks for your message! This is a good point about "maximum rainfall = 0 mm", I have been thinking about it, too (having a long-term experience with life in Ireland, haha). We will take it into consideration! All the best ~ Marie
I am also in favor of this idea.
But more than this I would love to see the "no rain predicted" option, rather than "rain accumulation". (0 mm rain)
I use Windy mainly for paragliding analysis. Right now I have some local paragliding spots set as alerts.
However it is not very usefull, because half of the alerts I get have rain in them.

What the status of this? It would really be very useful. As wind often corealtes with fronta systems I get a lot alerts which are usless for Paragliding
Bump on this for the reasons listed above - being able to add a "no rain predicted" condition would be helpful for determining paragliding conditions at a range of sites, thanks - awesome work by the way guys, Windy is the best!

Hi guys, is there still no progress on this? Again, much like the rest of the community and for obvious reasons I would like to be alerted when there is NO rain, rather than when there IS rain :)
Hello, there is no change yet, we will let you know once it will go into production :)

Any update on this?
@daveknowles Hi, this is still on our to-do list.
I love your site and find it really useful. The only frustration is getting an alert, opening it up and then seeing that the conditions are perfect except for the fact it is raining. Please please please bump the "No rain" or "Max rain" feature up to the top of your to-do list. Every paraglider pilot I know wants this feature because none of us can fly in the rain!
@korina Any timeline on when this feature will be added? Sounds like it would make the product far more useful to many users - it seems odd that in well over 4 years it hasn't been possible to prioritize this. What am I missing - why is it more complicated than it seems to implement?
@mouseydee Hello, you have already posted a comment in other thread, please read my reply there.
As now autumn is comming.
This features is really really missing
I get bombed with notifications. And they are all false positives... because... RAIN
