Polar stereographic projection display

Thank you for undertaking this project. I use it every day. I would love to have the option to display the data in a polar stereographic projection.

Hi @eolenic, thanks for your feedback! We're really happy that Windy serves you well. Have you tried the 3D mode option? Only on desktop, though. See Menu > "Show in 3D mode" (3rd line).

Then you can go back to 2D via the button in the top right bar (screenshot here).
