Is it possible to get pressure (MSLP) in 5-10 MB contour intervals?

In order to smoothe the plots and focus on more large-scale patterns, an option of choosing 5 or 10 MB pressure intervals would have been great. This is also for comparing with other tools...

Is it possible to add pressure and temperature anomalies according to the normal (latest 30 years...)?
