first off, the app is great and we (and all our fellow sailors) use windy almost every time we come into port and have internet reception. And this is the problem. My wife and I are sailing around the world in our sailboat. We are currently in the Carribean. I and thousands of sailors that use windy have the same issue. When we leave port, windy of course doesn’t work any more as we lose land reception. We always tick through the next days and do screenshots of the weather predictions at least for the next three days. Taking these screenshots is time consuming and often has glitches. We would highly appreciate a function that allows us to look at the weather forecast and then save that forecast as we go offline so that we can animate the next days and gauge routes and directions.
Please think about adapting such a function into the app so that we sailors can use windy offline as well. Thank you for great work and a big thumbs up for a great app.
Thank you
Michael and Manuela

Better to use Mapy.cz, very similar maps if you need only the base map.

We really appreciate it and are delighted that Windy is your favorite source of weather information.

While we fully understand your reasons, it's still not possible to use Windy offline (here is an explanation). If anything changes in the future, we will let you know.

Thanks again for your kind words and stay tuned whenever possible! :)
