Replace Czech Republic with Czechia

The official short name for Czech Republic has been in use since 2016. There's no point in pretending it doesn't exist anymore. If you're using short names for all other countries in the world, you shouldn't make an arbitrary exception out of Czechia.

@jaro_vrchlicky I like consistency. If we're using short names for countries, we should use them for all of them. If we're using full names, same thing. Simple as that.

@tomber42 Hmm, seems like Open Street Maps already uses the name Czechia and its equivalents in different languages. I'm clueless then.
