Problem with time

Hello. I'm looking for some help. The app tells me: "no errors", but i have different time in my phone and in the app. I dont know, how to place a screenshot.

Take a screenshot and save it in your images. Write your message and when you want to add the image of the screenshot just click on this icon and select the image....

Everything was just fine. But last week i have this problem. Time and timezone in my phone are correct.

@Plotnik On the first screenshot is the time in top panel 8:13 AM or PM? If it is PM then everything is fine. Because the ECMWF (also GFS) forecast has 3 hours steps, that means, it shows you actual forecast.

The time in the top panel on the first screenshot is in 24h format. It is 8:13 AM

I have made a phone reset and installed the app again. WTF?! I still have this problem! Somebody, help me.
