      Is it possible that models may not change.
      To be 100% accurate forecast
      After 12 hours of ECMWF models is updated in the windy
      And is different from the previous update.
      For example, models are Forecast rain Thursday.
      The next update will be the forecast rain on Friday instead of Thursday.
      Meaning is not 100% accurate models
      Forecast of models is changing
      This is possible, the right forecast models 100%.
      Do not change?
