One could get Wind Rose for neighbor weather stations - WMO, ICAO or private - on provider's web site (if any), or well on any collector site, e.g. <a href="https://weather.gladstonefamily.net/site/07156" rel="nofollow ugc"><em><strong>this one</strong></em></a> (here, for WMO station 077156 Paris - Montsouris).</p>
