            Clicking "climate" option in the link gives a long range of suggestions.

                            Yes. There is a possibility of good rain and marine "storm".

                                Radars can "see" what realy exist in the atmosphere.
                                Radars CAN NOT see the future!

                                P.S. Some weather sites provide the , so called, future radar image.
                                Actualy they provide forecasts from weather models in "radar like" colours.
                                For example, here http://www.myfutureradar.com/ you can see that the imagery
                                comes from NAM high resolution weather model.

                                       Radar can not tell "seasonal future" according to your sayings.
                                      The "Weather and Radar" application displays the next 90 minutes predictive radar. See the proof below
