      I have set up email alerts. However, I have not received a welcome alert or any alerts at all. I don't know what the problem is. Thank you.

        Have You checked your SPAM folder? Did the forecast match alert requirements?

          Yes to both. Nothing in spam. All alert requirements met.

                    @Bowler @Reijo Sorry for waiting, I just checked your alert, which is not possible to fulfil. You selected to many options: swell, snow, wind, rain, temp. Check and adjust the values. The alert is in the database and it is checked every day.
