        Hi @peteywahoo, thanks for your report. On what device + OS is it happening?

        I cannot confirm this issue on Android 7.0.

          My device is an android 5.0.2 the phone is an HTC one

            @peteywahoo Only now did I notice that you have the Flight mode on your phone... We don't provide an offline service, you need to be online! ~ Marie

              My phone is connected to WiFi, I don't use it as a phone..this is only been happening the past week

                @peteywahoo OK, thanks for clarifying! And does the Error Console say anything?

                There was another Windy user ( @kompani101 ) experiencing a very similar issue with Android 5.1, Motorola Moto X, contacting us via FB. Nothing found in the Error Console.

                I'm not able to replicate this bug but we will keep an eye on it.

                  No nothing in the error console...just says sweet, no errors reported. Maybe it's due to the phone being dated, I will uninstall the app and then 're install and hopefully that solves the issue, if not I'll have to just use it through a web browser...would be a shame as its a great app. Thank you for your help anyway..

                    @peteywahoo It came to my mind as well, however, the other user has informed us that he'd "since deleted and reloaded the App and it is the same". But you can try and let us know. Thank you!

                      I have done an uninstall and reinstall but still no joy..the only thing that comes to mind is out of date software

                        Another user ( @Ji-Ko ) with Android 5.0 , Device: HTC One (m7), App version: 14.0402 (via Google Play Console) has been experiencing this problem for the last 2 weeks.

                          I get the same problem. HTC One (M7).How fix it? The problem came with the last version.

                            Maybe it has something to do with the latest version of windy..is there any way to go back to a previous version, ie: uninstall the latest update or does it not work like that?

                              I think so, you got a right,but i can try hold on new version of windy yet.I hope the problem will be fixed as soon as possible by IT experts of windy.

                                      I'm also getting the same issue when accessing windy through chrome web page aswel so the issue is not just related to the app...

                                          The chrome browser on my HTC one..it must have something to do with the software version we are using..I will try on my iPad tomorrow and see how that goes...
