Settings page for all settings and Preferences

Let me start by saying this is a great app.

I want to change my horizontal distance setting from metres, to Klms or nautical miles depending on the use that day. There does not appear to be a setting for distances.
As for distances, dependent on the use for the day, I would like to be able to change heights (vertical distances) from metres to feet or even pressure. This does not seem possible even though it appears some users have different settings to mine.
The one issue which does surprise me though, is that not all settings appear available, nor are they available on the one page.
a. All settings should be available on a single page.
b. All preferences should either be available on the settings page or a clearly marked separate preferences page.
i. Things like favourites list, start location etc.

All the above information is already available in the App.
It is just a reorganisation of the information in a user-friendly manner.

After reading many of the “FAQ’s”, undertaking these changes would reduce the FAQ’s by thousands.
