rain hard to distinguish from grey background

See below example. Maybe I have a grey/blue weakness but for me it's practically impossible to see the difference. Could you maybe make the non-rainy area lighter/brighter in contrast to the rainy areas?

You can change colors by yourself. Just select Settings > Advanced settings> Modify layers Colors> Select overlay> Rain,snow
Then change RGB value of Colors to obtain the color and the density you like. And finally save your setting.
