Antivirus stopped at one file and cpu usage 100%

Hi,

OS Win XP, F-Secure Antivirus,
that when opening My Computer or Windows explorer, the computer always crashes in about 10 seconds after a few minutes. when it starts to work again is creepy and cpu usage shows 100% without fluctuations. The prose temp is then 48 degrees instead of the normal 41 degrees. your computer runs without problems until you open C: drive. At the moment (after restarting) shows cpu usage 0-2%
adaware I did clean
F-secure searches some 58000 files and always wp_mapJavascript (1) .js pidam. f.secure is set to be disinfected automatically. A few days ago I found 7 pcs, 5 of which did not say anything about defective chips, and the end of the report can not be viewed because just do not go over this file?

Please help.
