Mean wind speed highter than gusts

Hi, when using the NEMS model, wind speed for 01Jul 2018 2100 lcl time for Sinsheim, Germany is higher than the gust speed - this by definition is not possible.

Some more questions.
Why there is so little difference between mean wind over 10 minutes and wind gusts when forecasted by NEMS ? (and sometime the differences are negative as said by @arthur33 )

Is it the reason why gusts from NEMS are not shown on weather diagram?

Finally, is it wise to have gusts map from NEMS ?
