Fog and clouds alarms?

Hey guys. Love the app!
Do you have any plans to add alarming on clouds and fog? This would be of a great help for landscape photographers and weather analysis.
I would love to get following notifications:- for time of day, fog chance for a location higher than N%
- for time of day, high clouds at A% AND with mid clouds at B% AND low clouds at C% AND rain chance at D% ...
- for time of day, tide at N% AND rain chance at D%
I think you get the idea.
There are already ways to have temperature or rain alerts, would be great to expand them.
If your team doesn't have time and If you have a way to contribute open source – maybe community could help with these features?
