    how to remove the lightning symbols put into the rain layer?

      I think the new lightning symbols representing convective rain is a distraction and makes the underlaying precipitation amounts harder to read. You already have a different thunderstorm layer which is the same. Please provide some method to disable the lighting symbols from the rain layer.

        @jselz1 Apologies for the inconvenience, but currently there is no way to turn off the lightning symbols in Windy. However, this might become an option in the future.

                Pls make an option to remove lightning symbols. We need it to verify exactly the areas of the thunderstorms in our location. We need to see the advil, the overshooting top, the cloud formations that indicate hazardous weather.

                  @Korina you need to make an option for segments like us. Hope you would consider it or we will leave your platform and find other platforms suited to our needs.
