digital elevation map "below" the animations for correlation

Hello,

having a way of displaying the terrain elevation (as a discreet DEM background) "below" the weather layers could help rescuers anticipate local wind reinforcements, snow buildup, extreme heat increase and flash floods.

Another interesting point could be averaging maps over a certain time span and threshold like how many days over 12°c since april 2017 or wind orientation and average speed between two dates or for a given month...
