<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[PC vs App]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">When I look at a Windy Great Lakes open water forecast on our PC I can see wind speed represented in colors and direction by arrows.  When I look on my Smart Phone the arrows over the water are not there. (I do see wind direction arrows and speed for specific land based reporting stations and a few open water buoys.)</p>
<p dir="auto">Is there a way to get those open water arrows on my cell phone?</p>
