PC vs App

When I look at a Windy Great Lakes open water forecast on our PC I can see wind speed represented in colors and direction by arrows. When I look on my Smart Phone the arrows over the water are not there. (I do see wind direction arrows and speed for specific land based reporting stations and a few open water buoys.)

Is there a way to get those open water arrows on my cell phone?
