I have noticed that you use OpenStreetMap data for your low-zoom tile layer, as well as indirectly via ESRI layer. Could you please add the required attribution (e.g. in form "Map Data © OpenStreetMap") somewhere on the screen? Leaflet library can do that, if you pass this string in an "attribution" key of a layer.
