I got that error when loading the map:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
localhost/:1 Refused to execute script from 'https://api4.windy.com/v15.16.1/plugins/gl-particles.js' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.
lib.js?

Any idea ?
