I cannot figure out the screen shot process. Looking at your screen shot, I see symbols on your picture where I have letters of the alphabet. I think I have some programmers here that I can talk to about this issue.

Hello, I had some help figuring out the issue. The letters on my display are viewable on IE 11: Version: 11.2312.14393, Updated Versions: 11.0.70 (KB4230450).

It seems to work fine viewing on Fire Fox.
