Always nice to have sunrise and sunset times as well as moonset Moonrise and the phases

@borederz Sunrise and sunset times are already a feature in Windy, but I'm sure eventually Moon times and phases could be a feature too. The sunrise and sunset times can be found in the Meteogram.

windy is a tool for weather forecasting.
Sun affects weather ! moon has nothing to do with this !!!(I'm joking! I, also, want to have moonrise/set times)
