Elblag City on the Windy's map

Hi,
I'm living in Elbląg, Poland.

I would like to know how the map displays the names of the cities. The example of my city shows that from the beginning of the view on Poland you can see Pieniężno, which has less than 3000 inhabitants. In this place it should display Elbląg, which has... approximately 120,000 inhabitants. To see Elbląg you need to zoom in very close to the map. Please explain why this is the case and propose an amendment if possible.

On the Open Street Maps everything is ok. The problem is clearly on the Windy's side
