Weather model always resets

I like model ICON but every time restarting the app model ECM is activated again. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

@swarr The app is designed that way. Every time the app re-opens, it shows the ECMWF model by default.

Why is this? As a user that lives in New York, I'd prefer it to default to NAM because that's the most accurate/highest resolution model for my area. Similarly, if I lived in Germany, I'd want the ability for it to default to ICON at startup.
An option to toggle the default model would be lovely.

@Joest I agree that an option to change the default model would be nice. But for the time being, the ECMWF is the default.

On the App (iOS version 15.15.0), for a few days, when I close the App on ICON or NAMS, the next time it restarts with the same model (Previously it was opening with ECMWF model only)
On the website Windy.com, you can save the complete URL when your favourite model (and favourite location) Is displayed. Save this URL in a bookmark. Next time you will open the same page. -
Thanks for confirming. Is there a feature request list and how can we bring this issue onto the list?

I started a thread a few weeks ago asking if Favourites could be made to save in the same way as URL Parameters.
That would solve this and other requests, and work across both mobile and web platforms and devices so that everything is synchronized.
Unfortunately it didn't seem to get much traction, nobody from windy even commented.
