          In the BBC info that @Gkikas-LGPZ provided here above, they say
          « Forecast quality is anticipated to increase by 2-4% outside of the tropics and by up to 15% in the tropics themselves »
          I was expecting a little more here in extra tropical regions, but in the tropics it’s a good improvement.

            Forecast quality improvement in the tropics
            means better hurricane/typhoon forecasts.
