Possiblity to get tempalte URL

I tested v4 api and there is some kind of authorization. I use this plugin in my mobile app: https://github.com/apptreesoftware/flutter_map/
I need url template to use this plugin. I wonder if there is such a template for windy API like this one:
"https://api4.windy.com/{z}/{x}/{y}@2x.png?key={key}"
