On the radar forecast that runs thru the up coming week,since the addition of the thunder it runs So SLOW takes for ever what’s going on.

You probably mean RAIN FORECAST ! A radar is not a forecasting tool, just a device to get a « picture » of the actual rain/snow. Forecasts are made by weather models, including the rain forecast.
Then the addition of Thunderstorm forecast to the Rain forecast on the same layer has probably slowed down the display speed. I think that Developers will improve it soon.
