Hi. Is there any way to get push notifications form iphone app for any kind of weather conditions you choose to want to be notified about?

how about using the 'Windy Alert' feature: https://www.windy.com/alerts

There you can adjust your weather-related preferences, time conditions and email address for any alert/spot –> click "Save" (remember, you need to be logged in). You can create as many alerts as you wish for different spots.
