NOAA Cones/Ensembles

You are the best at visualization GFS, European model etc. It would be great to be able to see layers for NOAA warning cones, ensemble model paths, which provide additional information from the global prediction models, specifically two ways to look at model errors/alternate models in repeat to hurricane paths.

@bmdechristopher The developers were thinking about adding warnings and alerts a while ago, so assume it will be added eventually. And ensemble models might be introduced eventually, however they wanted to add some other models beforehand so it might be a while.
