Lots of new snow on Mt. Baker and Mt. Garibaldi
-
It has been snowing heavily on Mt. Garibaldi in British Columbia, Canada and Mt. Baker in Washington State, USA. Not any trace of it on windy.com

There are some indications of snow in NAM high resolution model. For better snow forecast for a location I suggest to take a look at "AIRGRAM".
As you can see, in that area the freezing level lies on 800 hPa level (2 km=6,000 ft).
Mt. Garibaldi has an elevation of 2,678 m (8,786 ft).
So, precipitation forecast above 6,000 ft will be in the form of snow.

It could help if you include heights in the vertical axis of the airgram.

Yes, global models are not good for temperature prediction in mountains, and so the limit between snow and rain is not at all accurate.
Looking to Freezing Altitude is not a solution either.
Your way with Airgram is the only giving acceptable results.
