Unable to show 2D map on screen

I am unable to show 2d map on screen like attachment.

Please help to provide instruction to do so. Appreciated in advanced.

@Danny-Lai Can you provide more information of your computer? Like browser version and operating system for example.

If you've gone into 3D mode the button to go back to 2D is in a weird place - under the zoom buttons in the top right. Why the 3D mode on the settings menu isn't a toggle, I don't know.
