Feature Request: Map-centre time in timeline

Could we have an option to switch to showing the local time of the place in the centre of the map view in the timeline instead of the local time where of the user's computer is.

It would be useful if you are planing to travel soon and what to see what the weather will be in the local time when you get there rather than having to mentally shift everything X hours.
