Not my location, please solve.

I've never had this issue before and this is a fantastic APP. I don't want to discontinue using it I'd like my issue to be solved.
I'm based in Port Elizabeth not Durban nor Pretoria. I did have my location icon on.

Can you please tell me what "location icon" do you actually mean? Is it the "arrow" (Find my location), or the "house" (Start-up location) ? Thank you.
