Android : Radar cursor Dbz value

Hello,

Using a samsung S7 with last android version.

When I click on the map using the radar layer, the cursor displays the correct Dbz value. Then when I drag it somewhere else, it goes down to 0 Dbz even on an intense area of precipitation.
