No emails from alerts?

Hello, I have been trying to set up the alerts to notify me of certain conditions and cannot seem to get it to send me any emails? I have checked the spam folder. I am pretty sure the conditions are being met. Any suggestions?

Hi @firestar222 , do your alerts at least appear in the list of your Favorites? (Alerts are marked with the blue bell icon.)
Also, what email service provider are you using? This may be a domain blocking problem.

Hello Marienka, I don't know if you changed anything but I have just started getting the alerts now? I am on gmail. So, if you did change it, you fixed it! :)

Hi @firestar222 , I did nothing, only asking questions :D but happy that your alerts are working now! By the way, did you start getting them just from now on, or did you get any 'old ones' (with a delay), too?

No old ones, just started getting them. I will try making a new one and that it works if that will be helpful?

@firestar222 Can you please send me the ID of the alert(s) that you suspect didn't work well?
You can read the ID at the bottom of the particular alert settings (Favorites >> "Edit alert" >> "ID of this alert: ..... "), or alternatively in its URL.
