Home selection

I am using the apps version on a samsung phone.
I try to set up home to my current location (i guess this is the option referencing gps location).When this optipn is selected, it does not change my Home (still Singapore where my sim card was bought) to my cirrent location. I tried to reload Windy or shut down my phone to no avail
