Suggestions for improvement

Hey! I am a seaman and we often experience very slow internet connection on board. I suggest that in the future editions it should be possible to download offline forecast for a particular area and a selected number of days.
I would also like the possibility of choosing wind arrows rather than particle animation (with regards to the slow internet connection).

Totally agree !
A good improvement on Windy should be to offer the possibility to keep in memory the forecast up to 5 days for a limited region. That should be suitable for 2 or 3 days offshore.

Currently, I use the video screen capture on iPad, then you need to stop and have a beer in a WiFi spot bar to refresh the forecast... and you too :-)
