I vote #1 for Scandinavia. Norway's very long and jagged coast pierced all along with long fjords surrounded by complex mounains, makes it some of the most difficult areas in the world to forecast. This is also why Norwegian meterological institute is one of the most regarded forecasters. Check out www.yr.no
Which models they use I don't know, but better forecasting of Scandinavia and especially Western parts is highly needed

      Anyway

By the way, wave forecast could be really improved if different colormap is aplied, arrows would also improve the visualization. This is only my hymble opinion, but better wave maps is the thing I miss more from windy.

You can modify by yourself the color palet of the wave map.
On the website, select Settings > Modify layers colors > Waves
You may change the colors and the steps of the wave heights range.

                              Vote number 2 : AROME.

Living in france, it could greatly improved the accuracy of local weather forecasting.
                              Best regards,

Vote number 2: AROME. The most accurate model for short term forecast, at least in France!
