Still can't change settings on iPad app

Can someone please advise how to find the settings in this app on ipad? I don't even have three dots on my screen. I use the search at the bottom R and search "Settings" and it brings up a town called Settings on the map. I updated the settings on the website and they don't transfer to my app. The appstore says it is up to date. Why is there no obvious settings option on this app?
