The tropical storm Leslie is threatening Portugal with very strong winds « Hurricane level » 64 kt (120km/h) for Mean Wind. With much higher Gusts (170 km/h) as forecasted by ECMWF or (200 km/h) by ICON. Impact should be just in the north of Lisbon.
