It is the "Vertical Velocity" parameter.
You can check it on (https://codes.ecmwf.int/grib/param-db/?id=135).
It would be very nice to have this feature. It's a desirable parameter for paragliding.

You proposed some parameters (thermal updraft etc).
Do you know if these parameters included in the datasets provided by the models?
(e.g. for ECMWF https://www.ecmwf.int/en/forecasts/datasets/set-i)
