City names not in correct location in IE browser

I am using the widget on my page, and when opened in Internet Explorer browser, the city names are not correct over the correct city and some are jumbled together. See it here: link text. Thank you!!

@lakealanhenry I don't think Windy supports Internet Explorer anymore. Its old and deprecated, hardly anyone still supports it. And now that Edge is released, even Microsoft doesn't support it anymore. maybe for security updates but that's it.
I would highly recommend using a different browser.
