Weather radar not working at all

The weather radar suddenly stopped working this past week. Even as I zoom in/out and check other areas it does not load the weather radar. I've reset the app with no success. Any suggestions? I'm running the app on my iPhone.

Yes, PLAY did not count down for the 2hr option. When I changed to 12hr and 6hr mode, the countdown from those times counted down. But still no radar on map. When I tried to go to 2hr mode, the countdown stayed at 12 or 6hr mode, whichever I hit last. Still no weather radar. Additional thoughts?
