The problem happens if I point in a location "near" the edge of the screen

The diagram pops-up normally (down there)

but if I drag it in the center, I observe the problem.

Another issue: we already encountered some problems with mouse clicking in Firefox. So maybe your problem is related. Which brower do you use?
