Charts / River water level

Hello,
I was wondering if it will be possible to integrate OpenSeaMap or Charts data from providers like Navionics (using webapp.navionics.com for example) ? Further, some tools for route planning and routing could be awesome !
Also, I am wondering if data for river level height could be added too ? I know this website in France which provides such data (vigicrues.gouv.fr) and gives them available as json or xml files (don't remember). There is similar services for all country in Europe.
Oh and btw, if it will be possible to integrate MarineTraffic AIS targets too, just asking !

I am affraid that Navionics do not provide their marine charts as free data.
There are probably much more opportunity by Open CPN https://opencpn.org
