Display issue/bug with the 'New Snow' overlay

The 'New Snow' overlay is used for both snow layers in Windy, but this means you can't get the 'Snow Depth' layers to plot properly. Basically the 'Snow Depth' layer needs its own overlay so that it can properly display the depth of snow that's built up, free of visual glitches.

Also: The "Precip. Type [justGrey]" overlay needs its own overlay and colors too. It's currently using colors from the 'Rain' layers, and these have insufficient contrast options to identify each precipitation or icing type.
